Rezdy Agent is an MCP server that connects Claude and other Model Context Protocol clients directly to the Rezdy Agent API. It is designed for travel agents, tour operators, and developers who need to interact with the Rezdy travel marketplace using natural language. The server enables users to discover supplier products, verify live inventory, view real-time availability, and calculate agent commissions or discounted rates automatically. It supports end-to-end booking workflows, allowing agents to generate quotes, create confirmed reservations, modify existing bookings, and process cancellations. Additionally, Rezdy Agent provides tools to manage customer records within an agent-owned customer database and supports both manual external payments and automated processing via RezdyPay. Built-in mechanisms handle input validation via Zod schemas and manage API throttling with an intelligent queue that adheres to Rezdy's standard rate limits across both staging and production environments.

Rezdy Agent enables search across marketplace products, checks live tour availability, calculates agent commissions, creates and modifies bookings, manages customer database profiles, and handles payment processing workflows through natural language prompts.
Rezdy Agent works with any standard Model Context Protocol client, including Claude Desktop, Roo (Roo.dev), Cline for VS Code, and Cursor.
The server automatically monitors Rezdy's API limit of 100 requests per minute. It tracks outgoing request counts and queues subsequent calls until the rate limit window resets, preventing API rejection errors.
